Who Is He: Paul Foytack, a pitcher who had an 11-year career mostly with the Detroit Tigers from 1953,1955-1963 & the Angels in 1964. He posted a career record of 86-87 with a career ERA of 4.14. He is also known to give up four consecutive home runs against the Indians in 1963 joining Chase Wright of the 2007 Yankees as the only two pitchers to accomplish this feat.
